This program needs to be installed on both pcs that are to be connected.
For the client pc to point to the server pc over the internet, the external ip address of the server pc must be established.
Obtain the external ip on the server pc by using the server pc to connect to this site
http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm. The ip address will show up in the box next to "IP Address To Locate".

Running the Program
On the pc that is going to serve as host, run the server executive- winvnc.exe, from start= All Programs- UltraVnc- WinVnc.exe,
while the pc (client pc)that needs to access the server will be running the vncviewer.exe.
Configuration on Server PC
The router on the pc running the server must be enabled to allow direct connection with the router- port forwarding. The default port for Ultrvnc is 5900. This link has a long list of different routers and detailed step by step instructions on port forwarding for these broadband routers.

On starting the vncviewer.exe program, the ip address and port of the server pc must be entered in the required blanks eg: 116.14.238.4:5900 ie Ip_address:port
